Bates AI Solutions ("we", "us") builds and operates AI agents and automations for HVAC contractors and other trades businesses. This policy explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Details you send us. When you request a free AI audit we collect your name, company, email address, and the fleet size you enter. That is the whole form.
• Basic request data. Our host records standard server information such as IP address and browser user agent for security and abuse prevention.

We do not run advertising trackers, analytics profiling, or third-party marketing pixels on this site.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and schedule the audit.
• To prepare the workflow map and scope we discuss with you.
• To keep the site available and block automated abuse.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or add you to a list you did not ask to join.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered by email through our hosting and email providers, who process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We disclose information otherwise only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact with you about the work and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Client systems

When we build agents for a client, any customer data those agents handle belongs to the client and is governed by our agreement with them, not by this policy. Every build ships with logging, documentation, and a kill switch the client controls.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email johnnie@batesaisolutions.com and we will handle it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
